The trainer-student ratio is on average 1:20 for all programmes – WSQ and Non-WSQ. We have a pool of dedicated trainers who are industry practitioners, experienced and qualified to deliver our courses. All our trainers are at least Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) certified and/or hold other professional qualification that makes them subject matter experts.
Bhajan is the founder of a Travel Agency, he takes pride in his team and works hard with them and on them to keep up the high standard of professionalism and knowledge that is a trademark of all his Lion Guides! Holding a Tourist Guide License himself, he knows what he is talking about – being awarded the Best Tourist Guides Award in 1984 he strives to share his knowledge with participants in his courses. His expertise lies in everything cultural, spiritual and religious; his courses are always well received and pretty fast sold-out!

Patrick is passionate about guiding, history and saving the environment! Patrick actively organises beach-cleaning activities; he is passionate about books and likes to share his knowledge with his peers! His pet – topic is the Singapore River and everything that revolves and evolves around this area – a well-received course! He won the Best Tourist Guide Award 2012 and represented the Tourism Industry in Japan the same year.

Amri started with serving the Indonesian Market as a Tourist Guide with his witty and insightful tours. His passion lies with everything green and flowery – he quickly became the A+B Expert for everything botanical – and like all his colleagues he generously shares his knowledge with all of them! He shares on the Healing Garden and the Singapore Orchid Story – popular with the participants!

One of his passions is charity work – organised by his extended family they travel once a year overseas to brighten up the days of underprivileged children with activities, games and lots of fun. His course on Christianity is insightful, well-received and always presented with passion!

Manjeet has been in the Industry for many years. Starting off with a career as a true-blue Singapore Girl with Singapore Airlines she decided to stay on the ground and show visitors the sights and sounds of her home country. Manjeet is very passionate about her profession as a Tourist Guides as much as her role as a Facilitator. She is always on the look-out for interesting topics to share with course participants.
